Who are we?
Sustainable Business Solutions is a consultancy that specializes in making sustainability and ESG concrete, commercial and operational for our customers' business - among other things through advisory, training and assistance for execution.
In other words, we help our customers to understand and navigate the complex EU regulations and to integrate sustainability into the company's strategy, so that they can ensure long-term changes and strengthen their market positions.
Do you want to join the team?
We are looking for a Sustainability Advisor with great analytical skills who is both theoretically and practically well-grounded in ESG and sustainability. You will become part of a flat and agile organisation, where there is both room for each other, for ambitions and where there is a high ceiling. Your everyday life will consist of both customer advice and professional immersion, and it is therefore essential that you have both the trust-building advisor role, the ability to familiarize yourself with the customers' business challenges and the professional knowledge of and interest in the area.
The work areas will, among other things, include the following tasks for our many exciting customers:
- Complex data management and analysis
- Development and implementation of sustainability strategies, objectives and action plans.
- Preparation of sustainability reports – and optimization of existing reporting and data.
- Preparation of climate accounts and objectives.
- Carry out double materiality assessments.
- Advise on the implementation of new legislation, e.g. the EU taxonomy, CSRD and due diligence.
- Educate customers in the climate and ESG area.
We are curious about your background
We are aware that the entrance to the work with sustainability can come from several places. We are therefore curious about your background, your experiences and your education. To succeed in the role, we imagine you can tick these points:
- Analytical and comfortable with complex problem solving and data management
- Experience as ESG and Sustainability advisor and/or manager is an advantage
- You have experience with project management
- You understand the complexity of companies: You are skilled at familiarizing yourself with the challenges and opportunities of companies when they have to incorporate measures within sustainability, and you can give them the right tools to succeed.
- You are a team player and a driving force in the team, but also want to get your hands on the tasks.
- Your educational background: What your education looks like is not decisive for us. But we imagine that you have a relevant master's degree in economics, finance, auditing or social science - alternatively a more technical background such as engineering.
